由2017年5月1日起，香港寬頻企業方案客戶的每份郵寄賬單將收取港幣$30的行政費用。如貴公司想改以電郵方式收取免費電子賬單，請填寫並遞交以下表格。在一般情況下，申請會於收到表格後的七個工作天內完成。申請完成後，貴公司之賬單將由下期開始改以電子賬單形式發送至貴公司指定之電郵地址。
Starting 1 May 2017, an administrative fee of HK$30 will be charged for each billing statement delivered by post. To change your statement delivery method to free receive e-statements via email, please provide the information as required in the application form below. Under normal circumstances, we will process your request within 7 working days upon receipt. Once completed, your billing statement will be sent to your registered email address starting from next statement.
