由2017年5月1日起，香港宽频企业方案客户的每份邮寄账单将收取港币$30的行政费用。如贵公司想改以电邮方式收取免费电子账单，请填写并递交以下表格。在一般情况下，申请会於收到表格後的七个工作天内完成。申请完成後，贵公司之账单将由下期开始改以电子账单形式发送至贵公司指定之电邮地址。
Starting 1 May 2017, an administrative fee of HK$30 will be charged for each billing statement delivered by post. To change your statement delivery method to free receive e-statements via email, please provide the information as required in the application form below. Under normal circumstances, we will process your request within 7 working days upon receipt. Once completed, your billing statement will be sent to your registered email address starting from next statement.
